Job Summary

A software development firm is in need of a Remote eCommerce Business Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Research, elicit & iterate requirements & acceptance criteria with cross-functional teams
  • Perform end-to-end mapping of business processes and system outcomes and optimization to fit Web3 business models
  • Identify gaps in dCommerce service capability and options to resolve them

Qualifications for this position include:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in agile business analysis for eCommerce platforms
  • You have comprehensive knowledge of eCommerce platform services and processes
  • You are skilled at process design & requirement elicitation & you can support QA teams in verifying that the solutions fit requirements
  • You constantly tinker with processes and look for improvements (bonus points for Web3 or blockchain experience)
  • You are experienced in facilitating design workshops with cross-functional distributed teams
