Job Summary
An information systems company is in need of a Remote eCommerce Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help Monitor and troubleshoot Ecommerce backend functionality issues
- Oversee the operational integrations from our OMS to our 3PLs
- Assist in maintaining system and process documentation for all site features and functions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Passion for finding technical solutions
- 2-3 years in a data analyst role or similar
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to understand a complex system schema and order process flow
- Foundational financial and eCommerce knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
