Job Summary

A consumer goods company has an open position for a Remote eCommerce Consumer Service Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Evaluating and analyzing systems
  • Assisting with B2B sales for Custom
  • Workign closely with the marketing and product teams

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Knowledge of ecommerce systems, content management systems, customer service software and best practices
  • E-commerce experience
  • 5 years of Customer/Consumer Service supervision experience
  • Ability to work cross functionally with operations to manage the internal manufacturing of custom print
  • Sales goal driven with a strong understanding of business drivers that will impact sales
