Job Summary
A consumer goods company has an open position for a Remote eCommerce Consumer Service Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Evaluating and analyzing systems
- Assisting with B2B sales for Custom
- Workign closely with the marketing and product teams
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Knowledge of ecommerce systems, content management systems, customer service software and best practices
- E-commerce experience
- 5 years of Customer/Consumer Service supervision experience
- Ability to work cross functionally with operations to manage the internal manufacturing of custom print
- Sales goal driven with a strong understanding of business drivers that will impact sales
