Job Summary

A fine jewelry retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote eCommerce Customer Experience Agent.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Creating memorable and personalized experiences for customers
  • Managing, maintaining, and closing inbound phone tickets in a high-volume capacity
  • Communicating with and supporting the customer experience team
