Job Summary

An e-commerce delivery provider is in need of a Remote eCommerce Customer Success Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintaining and supporting the growth of client accounts and relationships
  • Defining precise team methods and best practices
  • Managing account managers and client ops leads

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Six (6) years of previous management
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Communication or similar degree
  • Experience in a start-up, technology environment
  • Experience using customer success platforms and applications
