Job Summary

An ecommerce software developer is filling a position for a Remote eCommerce Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to & resolving customer queries through all our channels, empowering our customers to get the most out of our product
  • Driving our Voice of the Customer program to advocate for software sellers & improve the product by incorporating user feedback
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and build loyalty by providing amazing, personal customer support

Required Skills:

  • 1+ years in online customer support, preferably supporting a SaaS product
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS & JavaScript & experience using browser developer tools to investigate issues with seller implementations
  • You have experience using and testing APIs as well as giving customer support on API related queries
