Job Summary
An eCommerce retailer of home products is filling a position for a Remote eCommerce Payments Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Ensuring operational drivers of key customer experience metrics
- Defining KPI dashboards for payments across brands, devices and channels
- Running point on collaboration with payment partners to access their customers via marketing channels
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years of payments processing experience and expertise
- An intimate understanding of both traditional merchant processing solutions as well as a wide range of BNPL constructs
- Proficient in G-Suite, Slack, Looker and more
- Experience in startups and scaled/mature businesses alike
