Job Summary

A retail company is in need of a Remote eCommerce Sales Operation Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Performing workforce management analysis and scheduling for contact center operations
• Developing and maintaining operational reporting to assist with sales and service operations
• Compiling, analyzing, and evaluating data on sales performance metrics

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field
• 3+ years of Operations Analyst or Sales Operations experience
• Strong understanding of workforce management software and strategic forecasting
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets experience
• Intermediate SQL skills
