Job Summary

A non-profit organization needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Economic Development Rural Development Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance coaching and training
• Assist communities
• Identify and implement community economic opportunities strengthening local economies

Qualifications for this position include:

• Knowledge of community economic development tools funders and networks
• Knowledge and ability to use and coach on small businesses tools
• Knowledge of financial tools
• Knowledge of principles of adult learning
• Knowledge of program development and grant writing
• Knowledge of performance management principles
