A healthcare technology company has an open position for a Remote EDI Application Support Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working directly with customers to understand and implement custom billing rules
  • Working with Technical Services and Engineering to research and implement EDI updates
  • Troubleshooting and coordinating with Engineering on EDI code changes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Minimum 5 years’ of related experience in Healthcare IT industry
  • Detailed understanding of ANSI X12 transactions including 270/271, 276, 278, 820, 835, and 837 transactions
  • Experience in a customer service related role with high volume of transactions.
  • In depth understanding of Electronic Data Interchange
  • Knowledge of EDI troubleshooting tools such as Claredi
