A retail paint company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Editorial Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Overseeing all copywriting & content development for the brand – from our web & product copy to our blog, social media messaging, etc
• Ensuring cohesive messaging, voice & tone across channels
• Managing our blog editorial strategy & execution including SEO & audience growth, creating best-in-class content

Required Skills:

• You’re an experienced editor and writer in the home and lifestyle space with a proven track record for developing an audience
• You also have extensive brand copywriting experience within a brand marketing team and are well versed in writing product copy
• You have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, tools, and how to grow organic traffic
• You are an experienced leader who has managed people and teams, enjoys collaboration, and is great at nurturing talent
• You have a deep understanding of how the work you do ladders up to broader business goals and objectives
