Job Summary
An education provider has a current position open for a Remote Education Customer Success Senior Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing analytical and decision-making support
- Reconciling monthly Customer Success performance against key metrics
- Designing new and/or maintain current data systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years of experience in an analytical role
- Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, or related field
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience producing business driven dashboards and reports as well as developing meaningful KPIs
