Job Summary

A web-based learning platform has an open position for a Remote Education Platform Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing a territory of school-level Premium customers
  • Hitting renewal and expansion quota by retaining accounts
  • Setting usage and success goals in collaboration with our customers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 1 year experience in a sales, account management, SDR, or customer support role
  • Track record of building relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other business tools
  • You want to work at a mission-oriented startup with a talented team
  • 1 year of experience working remotely
