Job Summary

An education telehealth servicer provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Education Solutions Provider Operations Manager.

Must be able to:

Manage a high volume (100+ new hires/month) of onboarding of new and returning providers
Support roll out and implementation of new and existing HR and Provider Relations programs
Verify and update all provider data and compliance documents into our databases

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

3+ years of HR, operations or customer service, ideally in a technology or education space
Prior experience using Salesforce, ADP, or other HRIS systems
Familiarity with HR systems and processes
Experience working with complex systems and processes
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
