Job Summary

An education technology company has an open position for a Remote Education Technology Associate Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Owning the overall relationship with the customer
  • Project Managing a portfolio of accounts in order to achieve long-term success
  • Accelerating the contract renewal process and ensure customer satisfaction

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years’ experience in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales in a software company
  • 1-2 years’ prior experience in direct client support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong customer service, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
