Job Summary
An educational materials company has an open position for a Remote Education Technology Customer Integrations Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Owning your customer’s integration projects from start to finish
- Handling customer calls and troubleshooting issues
- Co-creating customer facing support documentation
Qualifications Include:
- 1+ years of technical experience with implementing technologies and onboarding customers
- Experienced in customer relationship management
- Success in the design and execution of rostering, data analysis, and integration solutions
- Ability to structure ambiguity into actionable, value-added plans
- Can translate technical communication across cross-functional teams
- You have experience authentically engaging stakeholders
