An education technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Education Technology Support Operations Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting all aspects of internal and external professional development logistics, including managing registration
- Building systems and processes to help the support team’s ability to effectively communicate and support users
- Contributing to engaging support materials and social media posts that help the company's tools feel approachable to all users
Position Requirements Include:
- Organization skills and passion for systems building
- Ability to communicate professional and friendly responses to individuals, schools, and districts
- Ability to craft engaging GIFs, edit video tutorials, and/or roll out delightful content for Help Center articles and social media posts
