Job Summary

A developer of language learning software is in need of a Remote Educational Technology Account Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing specific customers and/or opportunities
• Conducting communication and outreach to a group of existing customers
• Identifying upsell opportunities

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years experience in a renewal sales, sales operations support, or similar role
• Experience directly and proactively supporting remote sales team members
• Strong speaking and virtual presentation skills
• Experience conducting product demonstrations
