Job Summary
A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Elder Care Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Gathering information from customer
- Speaking in clear voice on phone, use proper grammar and spelling in written contacts
- Following appropriate process for the client programs
Qualifications for this position include:
- Senior Living / Elder Care experience
- Minimum 2 years’ Customer Service experience
- Strong listening and problem solving skills
- Accurate typing and data entry
- Experience with windows-based software and internet browsing
