A telecommunications company is in need of a Remote Elder Care Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Gathering information from customer
  • Speaking in clear voice on phone, use proper grammar and spelling in written contacts
  • Following appropriate process for the client programs

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Senior Living / Elder Care experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ Customer Service experience
  • Strong listening and problem solving skills
  • Accurate typing and data entry
  • Experience with windows-based software and internet browsing
