Job Summary

An e-learning company has an open position for a Remote eLearning Customer Support Head.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the customer support department’s day-to-day functions
  • Responding to escalated customer support issues
  • Implementing customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of proven working experience as a Customer Service Manager or Supervisor
  • 5+ years experience managing a remote team
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Experience using Zendesk or other CS tools
