Job Summary
A vehicle development company is filling a position for a Remote eLearning Developer in Pittsburgh.
Must be able to:
- Collaborate with product teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of hardware and software products and their corresponding training requirements
- Conduct complex training needs assessments, determine training requirements for new program development and make recommendations
- Develop and/or create e-learning modules, software simulations, videos, job aids, and a range of alternatives to instructor-led training
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design or related field
- 3-5 years of experience working in instructional design with a focus on eLearning and/or multi-media development
- Proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace
- Strong knowledge of effective instructional design, using either ADDIE or SAM methodology
- Proficiency with various eLearning tools (i.e. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia etc.)
