An online learning platform is in need of a Remote Elearning Instructional Designer in Mountain View.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various stakeholders and SMEs
- Design and maintain self serve online training solutions
- Develop and conduct internal training
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3 yrs experience managing online instructional design programs
- 3 yrs building engaging content using adult learning theories and methodologies
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and online teaching technologies
- History of leveraging data to improve eLearning performance
- Experience in video production and project management
- Demonstrated bias for action
