A provider of IT support and solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote eLearning Instructional Designer in San Antonio.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments and strategic learning assessments
- Design and develop learning solutions and programs
- Design and develop performance and learning support materials
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Deliver training through face-to-face, e-learning, webinars, etc
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent presentation, project management, and organizational skills
- 8 years of direct training experience
