Job Summary

A maintenance company is filling a position for a Remote Electrical and Light Maintenance Support Professional.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Guiding repair technicians on possible solutions to resolve issues
• Receiving and reviewing photos for troubleshooting
• Pricing jobs from reports from field technicians via photos, knowledge, and prior data and negotiating in pricing as necessary

Qualifications Include:

• Construction/facility maintenance knowledge
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• Tech savvy using smart phone applications, MS Word, etc
• Must have the ability to work on their own and bring their own skills to bear to improve the processes and procedures already in place
