Job Summary

A retail health company is in need of a Remote Electronic Data Interchange Investigation Senior Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Triage, investigate and track internal inquiries related to electronic solutions
  • Respond to inquires regarding issues with electronic transactions with the correct TAT
  • Identify issues and escalate to IT to review and correct

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years working with healthcare providers
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with EDI transactions and digital tools
