Job Summary

A company that helps countries reach sustainable development is seeking a Remote Electronic Library Services and Training Coordination Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Plan overall capacity development strategy
  • Aggregate and analyse data and information from existing programs
  • Delineate multiple methodological approaches for capacity development activities

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 7 years experience (with a master’s degree or equivalent)
  • 9 years (with first-level university degree) of relevant experience accepted
  • Experience in creating information-access and capacity-development programs
  • Proven experience in developing politically sensitive work plans
  • Experience working with multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Familiarity with portfolio planning, monitoring and evaluation, is required
