Job Summary
A company that helps countries reach sustainable development is seeking a Remote Electronic Library Services and Training Coordination Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Plan overall capacity development strategy
- Aggregate and analyse data and information from existing programs
- Delineate multiple methodological approaches for capacity development activities
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years experience (with a master’s degree or equivalent)
- 9 years (with first-level university degree) of relevant experience accepted
- Experience in creating information-access and capacity-development programs
- Proven experience in developing politically sensitive work plans
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Familiarity with portfolio planning, monitoring and evaluation, is required
