Job Summary

A medical research company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Electronic Trial Master File Manager in Plano.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being responsible for the maintenance and management of overall eTMF operations
  • Creating and distributing eTMF status updates to Clinical Trial Managers/study teams and CRAs
  • Ensuring identified discrepancies noted in status reports are addressed and resolved

Required Skills:

  • Attend site audits as appropriate
  • Proficiency with eTMF technology
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in clinical research
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing TMF teams
  • Experience with the Drug Information Association (DIA) Trial Master File Reference model
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related environment in roles
