Job Summary

A monthly subscription box company is filling a position for a Remote Email and SMS Communications Manager in Burbank.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of weekly email broadcast content provided by the communication and creative teams
• Report broadcast and transactional communication, channel management, promotional strategy, and implementation
• Schedule email broadcast campaigns strategically, using advanced segmentation and multi-variant testing, to maximize email metrics and conversions

Qualifications Include:

• Having experience using Klaviyo campaigns, flows and list management
• Having experience using Twilio SMS software
• Having a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing strategies, executing and analyzing email marketing
• Experience monitoring email marketing campaign performance
• Proficiency with HTML for modification of email templates
