Job Summary
A mobile communications company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Email Client Strategy Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a pod of high-performing Implementation Specialists and/or Client Strategy Managers on the Attentive email team
- Working with your team to maximize client retention, adoption, and happiness with our email products
- Educating your team (and our clients) on the best practices of email marketing, in order to drive better client outcomes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
- Previous SaaS customer success management experience
- Strong product vision and knowledge of the inner workings of the email ecosystem
