Job Summary

A software developer specializing in e-commerce solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Email Marketing Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Leverage data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of email best practices to optimize performance of email programs
• Manage the full communication journey from contact creation to trial launch for inbound leads, identifying areas for automation and executing accordingly
• Track and report back on all campaigns, including maintaining a calendar, establishing performance benchmarks and KPIs

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of experience optimizing B2B email marketing and re-engagement campaigns, including A/B testing, audience segmentation, and trigger logic
• Demonstrated strong inquisitive and investigative skills with the ability to understand and interpret numerous KPIs
• Deep knowledge of email automation and CRM tools
• Experience managing email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Understanding of B2B sales cycles
• Familiarity with connected content calls, APIs and SDKs
