Job Summary

A embroidery product company is in need of a Remote Embroidery Products Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Work closely with our IT department regarding any issues or suggestions for improving systems
  • Respond in a timely and professional manner to all email and telephone support requests
  • Assist customers with both embroidery related issues as well as general personal computer issues

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Basic knowledge of personal computer software concepts
  • Must have a great deal of patience and understanding when working with others
  • Mastery of the written English language
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
