Job Summary

An IT business services company is in need of a Remote Emergency Department Medical Coder.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing remote medical records coding services to our clients nationwide
  • Providing abstracting services to our clients nationwide

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • One of these credentials from AHIMA: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCS-P; or from AAPC: CPC, COC, or CIC
  • At least 1 year coding experience in facility ED/ER coding
  • Trauma 1 / Teaching facility experience required
  • Top coding Inpatient acute care skills
