A behavioral health solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Employee Assistance Program Behavioral Health Call Center Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing routine referrals to callers to staff offices or network providers
  • Receiving initial calls from providers and clients, assist with needs and routing appropriate calls
  • Simultaneously communicating telephonically and type

Required Skills:

  • Able to concurrently communicate telephonically and type
  • High school diploma plus 5 years of customer service experience, or associate's degree and three years of related experience
  • Proven written and oral communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Demonstrated willingness to work within a collaborate, team-oriented environment
