Job Summary

A provider of Employee Assistance Programs is in need of a Remote Employee Assistance Programs Credentialing Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Review and complete credentialing/re-credentialing files submitted
• Contact providers, by phone or mail, to request missing information
• Complete credentialing/re-credentialing process on submitted files within designated timeframes

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree
• Data entry experience
• Ability to prioritize and work independently
• Quick thinking, high energy, positive, and professional
• Excellent organizational skills, including follow-up
• Exceptional communication skills
