An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Employee Benefits Account Manager in Grand Rapids.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assisting clients with day-to-day requests such as billing, id cards, claims
  • Working with carriers on the client's behalf to resolve escalated service issues
  • Ensuring timely follow-up on all outstanding/unresolved tasks

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of insurance experience
  • Associates Degree or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to get the job done with a minimal amount of supervision
  • Possess excellent time-management skills
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
