Job Summary

A business solution provider has an open position for a Remote Employee Benefits Business Development Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Creating new business and revenue growth in assigned verticals across the U.S.
  • Identifying new opportunities with key brokers to expand business footprint
  • Driving Employee Benefit sales strategy while focusing on achieving assigned sales goals

Required Skills:

  • Able to travel 50% domestically
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field of study; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education
  • Demonstrates proven track record through existing broker relationships
  • 7-10+ years in the Employee Benefits space; identity theft and data breach experience a plus
  • Proven history of meet and exceed assigned goals
