An employee benefits solutions and consulting agency has an open position for a Remote Employee Benefits Business Development Executive.
Must be able to:
- Identify, prospect and close new business
- Strategically nurture and cultivate prospects
- Close sales and meet or exceed aggressive quarterly and annual revenue goals
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to forecast opportunities and penetrate new business on a daily basis
- 5+ years’ experience with lead and sales generation
- 3+ years’ sales experience in employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or related field
- Knowledge of group health, ancillary and benefits administration products
- Must be PC proficient and familiar with database applications
- Possess highly effective consultative selling skills
