Job Summary
An employee benefits solutions and consulting agency is seeking a Remote Employee Benefits Solutions Business Development Executive.
Must be able to:
- Identify, prospect and close new business
- Worksclosely with BDA's and/or marketing team
- Build rapport and business relationships quickly
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years experience with lead and sales generation
- 3+ years sales experience in employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or related field
- Knowledge of group health, ancillary and benefits administration products
- Ability to forecast opportunities and penetrate new business on a daily basis
- Familiarity with database applications, Microsoft Office, and contact management tools
- Highly effective consultative selling skills
