Job Summary
An employee coverage provider is seeking a Remote Employee Compensation Coverage Data Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Understanding and implementing Tableau and data analytics best practices
- Designing, constructing, and maintaining analytics reporting in Tableau
- Developing set processes for data analysis, and BI dashboards in production
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years minimum, hands on experience creating data sets, visuals and interpreting data
- Professional experience using Tableau
- Knowledge of and experience with raw data-related packages and frameworks in R or Python
- Demonstrably deep understanding of SQL and analytical data warehouses
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst or similar
- Excellent understanding of SQL databases like Postgre SQL, etc
