Job Summary

An online electronics retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Employee Compensation Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage and deliver annual compensation review process
  • Consult with cross-functional partners and leaders on day to day compensation challenges
  • Manage survey strategy and participation in third party compensation surveys

Required Skills:

  • BA/BS in related field
  • 7+ years of experience in management of compensation programs and related systems
  • Highly analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data find creative solutions
  • Ability to organize, keep track of details, and produce results
  • Track record of building partnerships with human resources, staffing, finance, etc
  • Demonstrated compensation experience in broad based compensation, job architecture, etc
