Job Summary

An online electronics retailer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Employee Compensation Program Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Manage and deliver annual compensation review process
Consult with cross-functional partners and leaders on day to day compensation challenges
Manage survey strategy and participation in third party compensation surveys

Required Skills:

BA/BS in related field
7+ years of experience in management of compensation programs and related systems
Highly analytical mindset with strong ability to interpret data find creative solutions
Ability to organize, keep track of details, and produce results
Track record of building partnerships with human resources, staffing, finance, etc
Demonstrated compensation experience in broad based compensation, job architecture, etc
