Job Summary
A solutions provider in the accounts receivable management industry is seeking a Remote Employee Engagement Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the Employee Engagement Team
- Developing long-term strategies and sponsor key initiatives
- Developing and executing annual budgets and proposals
Qualifications Include:
- 2+ years' management experience including the proven ability to lead/manage remote employees
- 2+ years’ experience in Employee Engagement programs and methodologies
- High School diploma
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power-Point
- Possess time management, planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills
