Job Summary

A solutions provider in the accounts receivable management industry is seeking a Remote Employee Engagement Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing the Employee Engagement Team
  • Developing long-term strategies and sponsor key initiatives
  • Developing and executing annual budgets and proposals

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years' management experience including the proven ability to lead/manage remote employees
  • 2+ years’ experience in Employee Engagement programs and methodologies
  • High School diploma
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word and Power-Point
  • Possess time management, planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills
