Job Summary

An education administration organization is in need of a Remote Employee Experience Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading efforts to ensure an engaging and positive onboarding experience
  • Conducting new employee surveys
  • Developing initiatives and methods to drive, enhance, and measure engagement

Position Requirements Include:

  • 2-4 years experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications/experience
  • Ability to navigate across a highly matrixed, complex environment
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
