Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employee Relations Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and regionally implementing various policies and programs
  • Providing expertise, consultation, guidance and coaching
  • Conducting HR investigations

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; preferred JD or MBA or MJELE
  • 3-5 years of broad HR Generalist knowledge and experience
  • 5+ years experience in Employee Relations experience
  • 2+ years experience in managing or leading teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to form hypothesizes, operate / advise in the “gray” areas
  • Ability to synthesize complex issues, translating them into written form
