A care benefits service company has an open position for a Remote Employee Services Coordinator in Newton.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance
- Following the tuition policy of all our corporate clients
- Proofing grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Auditing experience and a BS/BA degree preferred
- A minimum 2 years of customer service
- High level of computer proficiency is essential
- Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools
- Ability to work in a fast paced and highly dynamic environment
