Job Summary

An academic publishing company is seeking a Remote Employment Counsel.

Must be able to:

  • Provide guidance on a variety of employment law matters
  • Negotiate and manage any employment-related disputes
  • Oversee the implementation and updating of a new employee handbook

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice law/Member of the Bar in at least one state
  • At least 5 years' substantive employment law experience either in a law firm or corporate legal department
