Job Summary

An online learning platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employment Counsel Member.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing advice and counseling on general employment law matters
• Working closely with our People team to draft and maintain policies
• Drafting and maintaining our employment-related agreements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Admitted, and in active status and good standing with the California State Bar
• Or permitted to work as in-house counsel under the rules of your state of residence
• 6 years of experience managing employment law matters at a large law firm
