Job Summary

A recruiting software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Employment Managing Counsel.

Must be able to:

• Provide advice and counsel to internal stakeholders regarding employment law
• Focus on coaching and supporting Oyster Legal's Employment Team
• Develop organizational policies and procedures

Required Skills:

• Juris Doctorate or other qualified lawyer with at least 8 years experience, and proper licensure
• Ability to handle complex legal issues involving various countries laws
• Experience with works councils, employment terminations, transfers, and claims, a must
• Experience with growing and supporting a team
• Capable of explaining complex legal theory, terminology and issues in easy-to-understand language
