An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote End User Services Team Lead.

  • Driving field service project performance across regions

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to work onsite as needed
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 5-7 years' experience in a leadership role
  • Familiar with ITSM and Request Management systems
  • Escalation management experience
