Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote End User Support Technician in Fort Washington.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Analyzing and prioritizing internal and external customer reported related problems
• Determining and executing resolution
• Providing phone, remote and desktop support for all equipment

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or Information Systems and related work experience
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a technical support, helpdesk, or desktop support role
• Required Computer Skills, Minimum of 5+ years of experience
• Must be articulate and have good communication skills
• Required to work on multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
• Can express complicated technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing
