Job Summary
An Energy-as-a-Service company is in need of a Remote Energy Operations Customer Care Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being the primary contact to our customers, vendors, and internal teams
- Scheduling, tracking, and monitoring through to completion, customer service orders
- Interacting with customers and vendor requiring punctual and concise communication
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of experience of working in a support environment
- Provide an incredible customer experience
- Experience providing support to the HVAC, electrical, building engineering, metering, or other related industry
- Strong customer empathy
- Build a deep understanding of our customers’ needs by communicating with and supporting them
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency
